Open Shop is a chance to unpick thorny questions, get direct advice or hear more about what Terrapin is up to. It’s open to all Tasmanian artists and arts organisations.
At the Terrapin office, we’ve each cleared some time for Open Shop. So book a session. Book as many as you like.
After you register, you’ll be matched with a Terrapin staff member who we think is best placed to dig into your question. All we ask from you is as much detail as possible. If you want to workshop a grant application, upload your draft. If you want to talk about pitching a new work for touring, upload a treatment and some images. If you have a thorny contracting issue that you want advice on, give us as much information as possible.

As a general rule, we’ll do around half an hour of reading per session.
Who are we?
The Terrapin staff collectively has over 100 years of experience in the arts and we each have our own specialities. One that we all share is developing new works, so it’s not listed but we’re all keen to talk about that.
